The course involved both lectures and hands-on laboratory sessions focused on relevant head and neck anatomy; chin, ramus and subantral grafts; bone expansion techniques; soft tissue management relating to dental implants; and more. The course allowed Dr. Wilson and the other attending dentists to keep up with the latest techniques, expand their extensive knowledge of the facial bones, and get additional hands-on experience in regards to dental implants procedures.

This Friday Dr. Wilson will be attending a course held by Concord Seminars. Care Considerations and the Periodontal Patient: Clinical Update 2010 will focus on excellence in patient care and non-surgically treating the periodontal patient. The course will look at the most recent information related to patient care protocol, related to periodontal disease, patient classification, blood pressure guidelines, and treatment sequence and protocol. The course will give Dr. Wilson advanced, evidence-based information related to comprehensive care for the hygiene patient.
